Greenbar - n - a group of youth leaders dedicated to running and organizing activities for the Troop with assistance from our Uniformed Leaders.  They are appointed by the SM, the SPL, or by election.  Patrol positions (Patrol Quartermasters and Patrol Scribes) are appointed by the Patrol Leaders and Troop Quartermasters/Scribes.  They have monthly meetings at either Faith Lutherans or at St. Edward's Youth Office.

Troop Scribe.... UNDECIDED..... maintains Troop attendance records, meeting notes and anything else designated by the SPL or SM.  Has Patrol Scribes reporting to him.

Webmaster.... Sean McLaughlin  Responsible for maintaining and constructing the Troops website. Since this is mainly an 'at home' job it can go along with any other leadership position.

Any members of the Troop may contact and rely upon ANY of the Greenbar members with concerns, questions, suggestions  or anything else.  

Uniformed Leader (U.L.) - n - An Adult leader (SA or SM) dedicated to assisting the Greenbar and carrying out their plans.  Their main responsibility is financial management, safety 'officers' and transportation providers.  The hardest thing for a U.L. to do is to remember that it is the Boy's Troop and the boys run it and unless the matter is unsafe or unrealistic, their input should be positive or constructive.

Committee - n - The "Parent Group".... the group of parents governing the troop.  The committee runs Board of Reviews, which are necessary for advancement They appoint the SM and take care of the "paperwork" such as hospitality, transportation arrangement, finances, court of honors, summer camp and the Car Show.  Their main annual job is to take the Boy's plans and goals and turn them to reality with the aid of the uniformed leaders.  It is very important for direct communication between the ULs and the committee, for the best possible calendar planning.  the committee is headed by the Committee Chairperson, which is elected by the committee and serves for no definite time period.
