Medical Forms:

Start planning for camp physicals early. Medical forms for scouts and participating adults must be completed and submitted to the Scout Master by June 15^th.

Supervision: In order to provide the proper level of supervision for your boys, we WILL need several parents to volunteer to spend all or part of the week at camp. It simply is not fair to expect our leaders to give up all or part of their vacation time year after year and trip after trip, to care for your children. Please set aside a few days or a whole week of your vacation time to join Troop 170 at either Trexler or Onteora. The more scouts that participate the more leaders/parents we will need. If there are any children with special needs their parent should attend for either partial or a whole week with their son.

Please try your best to keep with the deadlines so we can keep our discounted rates. Troop 170 needs to mail out payment by a certain date or we will have late fees, incurred by the entire Troop. So again, please do your best to have checks in on time.

Please photocopy or jot down the due dates on your BILL calendar and camp dates before returning this form to me.
